Noah Bogen, Owner

Noah Bogen grew up in NYC. He can be found on Job sites daily, involved in every aspect of the building process from the initial walk thru until the last day of the punch list.


Mr. Bogen holds the following certifications:

NYFD G60 (torch use)

NYFD F60  (fire guard)

Matt Romano, Project Manager

Before PM’ing with BCM Matt had previously held a position as a Special Inspector for an independent materials testing/inspection agency in New York City.  During his 4+ years there, he performed on-site construction testing and inspection services in accordance with the pertinent codes and regulations of the city. Matt is ICC Certified in soils, structural masonry, and reinforced concrete. His experience in the inspection world has allowed him to excel in his current field of high-end residential construction. Matt holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in Technology and the Environment from the University of Virginia.

Alan Sherlock, Project Manager

Alan Sherlock is from Limerick, Ireland. He graduated with a first-class honors Bachelor of Architecture degree from DSA at the Dublin Institute of Technology, Ireland. After graduation, He worked with Limerick based architectural practice Healy & Partners on a number of residential and commercial projects. Notable projects include a competition entry for a full renovation of the 5 star luxury hotel, Adare Manor. Alan moved to New York in 2015 to work at Trimble Architecture. Here he spent over 18 months working on a variety of residential projects in New York and abroad, ranging from high-end townhouse renovations, loft conversions, and ground-up single family constructions.
